Troy Steven is the nom-de-plume of author and publisher, Steve Gillem. Steve has been many things in his life, father, husband, Aerospace Engineer, graduate student with honors, author and successful entrepreneur who founded his own publishing company in 2020.

However, beyond all these accomplishments Steve has been and is 24/7, 365 days a year, a Bipolar Warrior.
