Diedre Kedar is fiercely committed to serving people in ministry and the marketplace. She was first smitten by the “Helping Bug” during her sophomore year at Agnes Scott College. Since then she has gained over 22 years of knowledge, experience, and insight working in a variety of social service, government, community outreach, ministry, and personal caregiving settings. For the past fourteen years, she has served as Executive Director of H.O.P.E. Ministries Inc. and Program Administrator for HOPE Preparatory Group Home School for the past eleven years. Diedre has been instrumental in the development of multiple community outreach initiatives, and new programs and enhanced service delivery within and across multiple metro Atlanta ministries. She holds certifications from the Urban Youth Worker’s Institute and the National Family Life & Education Center.
Over the years Diedre has developed a unique ability to help ministries specifically, move from flat- lining to flourishing by developing a framework to position them for success. She has exhibited a passion to serve people in excellence. Her new book, Serve Like A Boss: 10 Commandments of Exceptional Customer Service for Ministry and Marketplace was birthed out of her desire to help other leaders do the same. The 10 Commandments in Serve Like a Boss can be applied in both ministry and the marketplace. In 2020, she founded Kedar Works Consulting, LLC which exists to elevate and enhance excellence within leaders in ministry or the marketplace through personal and professional development.
