Guava Empowerment CEO Isabella Silverio is Today’s Honoree

As the CEO of Guava Empowerment, Isabella Silverio is a business and CEO Embodiment coach who helps women circumvent the uncomfortable pressures of running an online business by guiding them through my unique framework: Foundation, Innovation, Generation. She helps women narrow down their messaging to attract qualified leads online through social media – so that they may monetize off their own expertise.

My passion lies in helping women think entrepreneurially in their career and daily lives.

A little bit of background on me: I am Cuban-American & Miami native. I grew up believing anything is possible, and have always helped others do the same. Since my freshman year at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business, I have been involved in over 10+ tech startups. I  also participated in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center’s Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in South Africa program in Cape Town, South Africa. Where I helped disadvantaged entrepreneurs optimize and scale their businesses to they can provide for their families. During these experiences, I learned graphic design, mastered social media marketing and the ins and outs of running a successful biz. As my calling began to take form, things began to fall into place and I finally knew where I wanted to take my career after college.

I founded my consultancy in July 2017 as the first and only female-focused consulting firm in the state of Florida. My process circumvents the uncomfortable pressures that women-owned businesses face, and replaces it with the know-how to transform ideas into thriving companies. We do this by eliminating stigma and empowering women.
