We are continually overwhelmed by a series of health challenges – it’s become one illness after the next for so many of us and for a myriad of different reasons – and we can all agree that enough is enough. We need an approach to health that avoids the minefields of our current situation and elevates their long-term wellness to a whole new level. No surprise that this “integrative” approach to betterment is gaining followers and Dr. Robin Miller has been at the forefront of the movement for a decade.
Her new book, HEALED: Health & Wellness for the 21st Century explores Dr. Miller’s ingenious work, which provides an innovative approach to what it means to “be well,” by combining ideas from conventional medicine and her 33 years of patient experience to establish a new standard to being healthy. The book combines cutting edge science with some basic key advice to help anyone take charge of their own health – including drug-free ways to tackle mental health – by challenging readers to discover their best self through solutions made to maximize wellness physically, mentally, and emotionally.
