Chondee Truitt is a Wife, Mother and Owner and Creative Director of Creative Expressions Publishing and Productions. Chondee is a Native of Columbus Georgia and a graduate of Shaw High School. She started her company in August of 2017.
In November of 2017 she released her first self-published book titled “The Brooks Family and The Weekend Play Date.” She uses the book to not only entertain but also to provide a message that ties in with a Bible verse.
The book has had much success and she had a book signing on January 23, 2018 at the Mildred L Terry library. From there she has spoken to young girls at Girls Inc. Baker location in Columbus Georgia and with the Girls Mentoring group with St Mary’s Rd Methodist Church. She has inspired young ladies to go after their dreams and with her tag line advised them that they too can Dream, Plan, and Create.
Creative Expressions Publishing and Productions latest event was held this past Saturday which was a Black History presentation and Play called “For the Culture.” It was so well received that the cast has been asked to do an Encore presentation. The Encore performance will be held on Tuesday February 27, 2018 during Family Night at the Mildred L. Terry library in Columbus, Georgia at 6:30pm.
