CynthiaMHenryWorking as a high school teacher in the inner city, author Cynthia M. Henry has witnessed how critical students can be of themselves and others based on outward appearance.

In her new book, “The Leah Factor,” Henry sends an empowering message to those who have felt marginalized because of their physical appearance. “The Leah Factor” focuses on the biblical character, Leah, who grew up with a beautiful, popular sibling whom everyone adored.
