Jeff Priebe has held numerous positions within both public and private companies domestically and internationally in the media, entertainment, technology, healthcare, biotech, oil and gas, metals and mining, investor relations, public relations and financial service sectors. Priebe has extensive corporate finance and capital markets experience coupled with a successful track record in working with venture, growth, small and mid-cap companies and financial firms with revenue and/or assets ranging between $5M to over $1B in Europe, Asia, Russia and the United States.
Prior to joining J. Streicher, Priebe worked on a consulting, liaison and/or advisory basis with a number of private banks, hedge funds and trusts both domestically and globally. His main area of expertise prior to venturing into the Asset Management arena and launching J. Streicher Asset Management was in investment banking, particularly IPO’s, Secondary Offerings, ADRs, Stock Loans, Structured Products, and Private Placements and Debt Restructuring, including Secured and Unsecured as well as Convertible Debentures. Priebe attended Brewster Academy and Rollins College with a major in Business and a minor in Communications.
Priebe is a philanthropist at heart. He and his family have done things for the following charities and/or foundations; American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, United Way, American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House, Live Strong Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts of America, Roundabout Theatre Company, JDRF and numerous smaller organizations within cities his family members originated in. This past February, through Priebe, J. Streicher was the lead sponsor for NBA Champion Trent Tucker Celebrity Bowling Event benefitting Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). He has since partnered with Tucker and together they will host the J. Streicher & Trent Tucker Celebrity Golf Outing this September.
In his spare time, Priebe carries on a family tradition dating back to 1918 in the horse and livestock industry and is a 14-time world champion equestrian.
