Anita Marks joined NBC Sports Radio in 2012 and serves as the host of The Anita Marks Show, weekends from Noon – 3 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Radio.
A 12 year veteran of sports talk radio, Marks began her career in Miami, Fla. In 2006 Marks made her way to Baltimore, MD where her afternoon drive show was simulcast for four years on Comcast Mid Atlantic Sports Network. Marks joined WFAN in New York in 2010 and served as a host and reporter for shows on WFAN and Sirius XM.
In addition to her radio job, Marks also played women’s professional football. Marks quarterbacked for The Miami Fury for four years and The Florida Stingrays for one year. Known for her incredible arm strength and pin point accuracy. Marks developed a reputation for being one of the best QB’s to ever play women’s pro football.
In her free time, Anita enjoys playing flag football, basketball, and golf. She also enjoys travel, jazz music, and fine wines.
Marks attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a Communications degree in 1992.
