I’m a Health Coach.  I once stood where you stand, facing the same challenges, frustrated with dieting and disappointed with the other available options.  I had a mentor, too—someone who discovered this comprehensive approach and these new tools for creating Optimal Health.  Now, as someone who has found success, I am excited about paying it forward to you.

With a healthy eating program and the Habits of Health System, I’ll be your guide and partner to help you on your journey to create a lifetime of Optimal Health.

In November 2009, I made the decision to GET HEALTHY. I started a program and lost 75 pounds in ten months [Results will vary. Typical weight loss on the Medifast 5&1 Plan is up to 2-5 lbs per week]. When the opportunity to help others get healthy and happy presented itself, I embraced it with open arms. Using Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen’s Habits of Health system and Medifast(R) meal replacements, I am on a mission to help America get healthy, one person at a time.
