Making an appointment is a must, for reason that this tutoring service is private for one hour. I tutor in Manhattan and parts of the Bronx.

About LaCil K:

LaCil is 28, originally from Manhattan NY and started tutoring in March 2012 for the Board of Education in a program called 1 on 1 Academic Tutors. The program was just to see how it would work in the NY school systems. LaCil enjoys teaching and helping kids in their studies so when the program was over she decided to start her own tutoring business.

LaCil enjoys educating others and doesn’t want to work in the school system because she would like for  everybody in her class to learn with nobody left behind or passed on to the next grade just because they didn’t understand the work. That’s not fair. We have to make sure students understand whatever it is they don’t understand no matter how long it takes.

When LaCil Tutoring reaches certain levels of success they will create jobs so they can help other people in different boroughs. The main goal for LT is to keep it affordable so everybody has the opportunity to get tutoring. LaCil will be tutoring 9th grade to adults in the future.
