Casey is an original co-founder of KARMA Athletes and was a great driving force in helping us establish our 501c3 non profit status. Born and raised in South Florida, Casey graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and works as one of Ft Lauderdale’s premier trainers.
She has several fitness certifications which include NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACSM Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Marathon Coach… to name a few.
She has been racing for a couple years now and continues to not only push herself, but those around her. As our team’s fitness guru, she is currently leading an obstacle training camp to help prepare athletes for the upcoming adventure races. To find out more about her classes, find her on facebook!
