Welcome everyone to my weight loss/fitness journey!! I want to help inspire others and keep myself accountable on my road to health and fitness.
I have struggled with my weight since I was 7 years old. I guess you could say I just kinda ballooned that year. Since then I’ve managed to get a little weight off but never to the point that I wasn’t considered obese and only to put it back on, plus more. Sounds like a familiar tale heh.
On February 14, I had let myself go to the point that I weighed 426 pounds. That evening after a bad day at work, I ended up eating an entire pizza and was up all night sick from it. That night I thought where I was in my life and how much I hated being so overweight. I was wasting my life.
The next morning I woke up a different person. I decided I would get as much information I could on weight loss. I started watching transformation videos and came across one in particular. Eli Sapharti’s video was so genuine and compassionate I decided I would contact him. I’m so glad I made that decision. He’s instilled so much knowledge and motivation for me that I don’t think I would be where I am today without his help.
I can’t wait to get to the point where I’m at a healthy weight. Just the small things like going to a restaurant and not worrying if the chairs are big and sturdy enough, fitting easier into peoples’ cars, riding roller coasters, fitting better in airplane seats, shopping at regular stores for clothes… all those little things really keep me motivated to beat this. There are plenty of big things too and I have some BIG plans when I conquer my obesity 🙂
