Interior and Architectural Designer Adrienne Faulkner is Today’s Honoree

Adrienne Faulkner Adrienne Faulkner CEO of the award-winning fully integrated Interior and Architectural Design Firm, Faulkner Design Group, has led her company’s success to consistently receiving top honors since its inception. Faulkner Design Group has completed more than 300,000 high-rise residential, mixed use, urban lofts, multi-family, senior and student living facilities in 36 states nationwide as well as in Canada.

Faulkner thinks globally, acts locally, and isn’t scared to do something first. She made her mark more than two decades ago in multi-family communities – way ahead of her peers. She was first in the U.S., for example, to bring colored laminate counter tops into apartments. She introduced white, European-style cabinets into apartments when whitewashed oak was the norm. She developed a Berber-type carpet that sold for a
fraction of competitors’ versions and lasted three times longer. Ahead of the pack again, Faulkner began specializing in senior living design 15 years ago. She has reshaped the North Texas skyline, too. She designed the first permanent penthouse residence in an Omni Hotel—for a Fort Worth billionaire. Her mark can be found on many of the top high rise and loft units in Dallas: Heights at Park Lane, at 8066 Park Lane; Hi Line, at 1400
Hi Line; Camden Design District, at 1551 Oak Lawn; and Alexan Southwest – 21 Forty Medical District, at 2140 Medical District Drive.

Ms. Faulkner became a premium sponsor of a multi-generational mentor program in Bryan, Texas. Students receive community service hours to use towards college applications and high school requirements.
