A Miami native, Jody Johnson understands what it means to help local businesses thrive. As co-owner of ActionCOACH Team Sage, she is committed to transforming the economic landscape of South Florida by
teaching business owners how to work on their business, not in their business.
With over 5 years experience as a business coach, Jody has received numerous accolades for her work in assisting business owners achieve both their short and long-term goals. She has been the recipient of the ActionCOACH Best Client Results Award for revenue growth worldwide
and is an ActionCOACH Global Induction Trainer for coaches entering into franchise. Recently, Jody was also nominated for the ActionCOACH Coaches Choice Award for Excellence in 2011.
Under Jody’s leadership, ActionCOACH Team Sage has also received recognition for its exemplary work within the business community. Team Sage was named as a finalist for a 2010 Diamond Award presented by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and was recognized by South Florida Business Leader Magazine as being in their list of Top 100 Small Businesses in South Florida.
A firm believer in continuing education, Jody fine tunes her skills by attending trainings and seminars that enhance the offerings she can pass on to her clients. She is a Fellow of the International Business Coaching Institute and recently became an Associate Coach of Gazelles International trained to lead Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 4 Decisions Workshops.
In addition, Jody also volunteers her time with many non-profit organizations. Currently she is a Board Member of Coaching for a Cause, ActionCOACH’s philanthropic arm that assist non-profits in growing the business aspect of their cause. She is also an active
member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Doral Business Council, Chamber South, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and The Commonwealth Institute.
